A visitor at Walt Disney World jumped into a lagoon at EPCOT on Monday after being warned that he could be kicked out of the park.
Brendan and Gwyn who run the Instagram account DisFamily Adventures told FOX 35 they were walking through EPCOT’s Italy Pavilion at around 5:30 p.m. when they overheard the man with his friends “acting up” before he jumped into the World Showcase Lagoon.
The friends were talking “about a bet” and told the man they’d give $6,000 under the condition he jumped into the lagoon.
“I wanted to stick around to see if anything would happen,” Brendan and Gwyn said.

The man then proceeded to climb onto the railing.
He can be heard saying “How deep is that water?”
Before the man jumped into the water, other Disney visitors can be heard yelling at the man.

“You’re gonna get kicked out of Disney, mister!” one person can be heard saying.
“He’s gonna jump!” another person said.
According to the couple, security at Disney World was nearby.
“A Disney manager was on her radio before he even hit the water so when he joined his buddies, Disney security was right behind him,” Brendan and Gwyn said.

While Walt Disney World didn’t respond to a request for comment, its website states that “engaging in any unsafe act” is prohibited.
