A wanted felon out of Louisiana who threatened a shootout with Precinct 4 deputies at a home in northwest Harris County has been arrested, photos show.
At about 8:30 a.m. Thursday, deputies were called about a man aiming a gun at a woman in the 1400 block of Wagon Gap Trail. That’s when they surrounded the home.
Constables have identified him, and he is showing to be wanted out of Louisiana for Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.

After a lengthy standoff, the precinct said its deputies safely apprehended the suspect.
Authorities haven’t released the man’s name, but we know he’s wanted for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
His active warrants will be confirmed, and he will also be charged with aggravated assault.
Deputies said he was in a stolen vehicle, which authorities will work on returning to its owner.
